Adaptavie Inc. is a charitable organization that provides a list of physical and adaptive sports activities and day camps that give respite to people with physical or mental disabilities. Over 1,000 people participate in Adaptavie‘s activities yearly.
The following is a list and description of the main programs and activities offered by Adaptavie. These serve to maintain, improve, and promote the health and well-being of people with functional limitations:
APAQ (Activité physique adaptée, à Québec)
APAQ offers its adaptive physical activity programs and its day camps to provide respite for people with physical or mental disabilities throughout the greater Quebec region.
KINACTIF
KINACTIF provides specialized, adaptive, physical activities that are personally tailored for individuals, organizations and companies.
Para performance Québec

Para performance Québec is a division of Adaptavie and its mission is to develop and promote adaptive sports. This division also oversees and organizes the Salon du sport adapté (Adaptive Sports Exhibition) of Québec, which is an event that allows visitors to try out various adaptive sports, free of charge.

The Winter Challenge is an event that brings together a host of competitive winter sports adapted for the physically or mentally disabled. It allows disabled participants of all ages to discover and experience a variety of winter sports while improving their social integration. It also encourages the development and practice of adaptive sports by raising awareness of the general public.
