KÉROUL – Tourism and Culture for People of Restricted Physical Abilities

Kéroul is a non-profit organization whose aim is to make tourism and culture accessible to people of restricted physical abilities.

The areas of Kéroul’s involvement include the following:

  • Providing a representative link to private and public administrative bodies;
  • dialoguing with representatives from the domain of people of restricted abilities and with those of tourism and culture;
  • promoting research, development, and accessibility consultation;
  • providing training for receptionists on the services provided to disabled and elderly people;
  • providing travel information;
  • promoting the services of Kéroul.

Discover Quebec is a repertoire of more than 1,700 tourism firms that have been certified as partially or completely accessible by Kéroul. Searches can be conducted according to activity, region, suggested itinerary, or certification.
